With a deep-rooted dedication to public service and justice, Nathan Crowe brings a wealth of experience to Madison Financial Strategies. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University, Nathan spent eight years serving the Chesterfield County community as a Patrol Officer before earning a promotion to Detective in the Violent Crimes Unit. His work in law enforcement was marked by unwavering integrity and excellence, leading to numerous accolades, including the Life Savings Award, the prestigious Harry E. Neal Award from the United States Secret Service Association, and multiple Chief’s Commendations. The Chief’s Commendations recognize Nathan’s outstanding contributions, including:

  • Partnering in a successful investigation into a multi-state ATM robbery operation, which led to the identification and apprehension of suspects linked to over $1 million in stolen funds.
  • Solving a complex shooting case involving two juvenile victims, resulting in the arrest of all suspects.
  • Providing critical support in a high-profile murder investigation, demonstrating diligence and integrity throughout the case.
  • Playing a key role in the apprehension of a shooting suspect following a challenging vehicle pursuit involving multiple officers

Recognized as Rookie of the Year, Nathan has now channeled his passion for serving others into the financial industry. We’re excited to welcome him to the Madison team as lead Advocate for our Advocacy Advisor initiative that focuses on first responders. As a licensed professional holding Series 7 and 66 certifications, he is dedicated to guiding America’s first responders and military personnel toward financial security. At Advocacy Advisors, he will work tirelessly to promote financial literacy and wellness, ensuring those who serve our communities receive the support and education they deserve.

Beyond his professional commitments, Nathan enjoys golf and reading, embracing a life of continuous learning and personal growth.
